How It Works

Step 1: Submit quote request form

Complete our "Request Quote Form", tell us about your event. Event type, how many guests you're expecting, etc.

Step 2: Complete consultation

After we receive your completed request quote form, we will contact you with an estimate based on your submitted information. If you would like to move forward, we will conduct your consultation (Telephone or Video available).  During this time, we will discuss event type, expected guest count, bar type (bar in venue or mobile bar), possible add-ons and how much alcohol is needed.


*Consultation fee is waived if potential client would like to move forward after receipt of estimate. 

Step 3: Quote/Booking

After the consultation, we will send a detailed quote. You then have 7 days* to accept the quote. Upon acceptance, a deposit of 25% of your total invoice is due within 48 hours. At that time your event is now booked and on Sip Sisters Calendar. Your invoice and contract will then be forwarded to you.

Ice.

Experienced & RAMP certified staff.

Complimentary bar tools supplied, such as stirrers, drink napkins and bar menus.

Available for indoor & outdoor* events.

We do not provide alcohol. (One of the advantages of booking with us is that we do not charge for alcohol, meaning there are no additional surcharges. You have the flexibility to provide the alcohol of your choice, which you can bring to the venue, and we'll take care of the rest. This approach not only saves you money but also enables you to select the specific alcohol that meets your preferences and budget.)
